He started working in 2019 on the Odio family farm in Mutiloa (Gipuzkoa). There he has grown, on the one hand, developing an awareness of organic and artisanal production of quality food, and, on the other, seeking self-sufficiency on the farm. To this end, Be\u00f1ate has diversified the production of two types of products: <strong>cheese and meat, both organic.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n<p>Be\u00f1at Telleria studied the Intermediate Cycle in Agriculture and Livestock Farming in Fraisoro, and then specialized in Cheesemaking, through Lanbide courses.
